Return Process

1. Before initiating a return, please ensure that the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging within the designated return period  14 days
2. You can submit your return request to info@bellavibesand.co. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Once your return request is received, you will receive a response with instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
4. After examining the condition of the returned item(s), you will be informed whether your return request is approved or denied.
5. If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed as soon as possible. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card account may vary depending on the processing times.

Refund Policy

1. If your return request is approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method. The refund will be processed through the same method used for the initial payment, such as a credit card refund or bank transfer.
